I am very satisfied with the service we received from Ed and the employees at the Barry Road store. My 4'11” step-mother was experiencing pain using her Rollator. Ed immediately identified the problem. The Rollator she had was made for a person 6' tall. Ed custom fitted a new Rollator for her. My step-mother always walked bent over with the old Rollator. Now she walks upright and is pain free. We are elated with the service we received. She had used the old Rollator for over a decade, and not once did a physical therapist tell us the problem was she had the wrong size Rollator. It is so nice to have a store that custom fits the equipment to the patient. On another note, we were so happy with the new Rollator, we purchased a new lift chair for my step-mother the same week. Again Ed custom fit the chair to her 4'11” stature. She is elated with the chair. She loves the TV and Sleep settings. The chair can be adjusted to any position.
