Have any members noticed how long it takes for them to repair broken items. It took over two months for them to fix a shower in the women’s bathroom and less than a month later it’s brolen. I show the assistantSanger 1 week ago. Nothing happened.

Call corporate if the problem continues.

I just commented on the Barry Road location, and how the men's locker room and shower stalls have not been in the best of shape. The owner replied back saying "Inform management." I'm like, you're the owner...lol. From what I've seen, clients repeatedly break the shower heads, and the staff could work more on cleaning locker rooms, instead of 6 staff members and a manager sitting at the front desk during peak hours..

I go to the one on N Oak & Barry. There was 1 out 4 showers down for a while last summer. Its the shower heads that I have a problem with. How people break a shower head I don't know. They just replaced all the showers heads (3) and 2 are malfuncting already.

Yes, similar in men's restroom. Only times I've had luck with repairs is through the website which appears to route through their corporate offices. Two of the shower heads in men's locker room will nearly cut flesh from high pressure or damaged shower heads currently.
