There is a kiosk in the lobby of the visiting room at the Sheriff's Office. You have to get buzzed in and provide funds through the electronic kiosk.
The Question is the person in jail for a legitimate purpose or a color of law violation. Sorry no details on Cass County Jail. Corruption is wide spread through the Dept.
If you do it on line it charges you 10 dollars more so go to the jail part and buzz say you want to put money on books
