Very friendly Service Techs who checked me in for my appointment. Making an Appointment was very easy. Asked about using my Ford Reward Points. I didn't have to pay out any cash which was nice. Was given information on next service @30k miles. Asked how much I had in Reward points & so I know how much I will be needing. Love my Ford Transit Connect Wagon. Ty Max Ford of Harrisonville!!!!!

I don't know what Firestone charges, but it is like anywhere else it depends on what type of vehicle, what kind of oil and so on and so on.

MAX Ford Service & Body Shop have Always done Top Notch work for Me & IF You can prove to them that They are Responsible for Your Issue I'm Sure they'll stand behind their work. BUT Did You have any Oil leaking from the date They changed the Oil 'til You tried to? If NOT It'll be Very Difficult to show that MAX Ford is the Responsible Party I'd think!
