Are they cage free, meaning at no time during your dog's visit are they placed in a kennel? Thank you : )

Thanks for the question. A straight through will never be put into a kennel even if your late. They will be tethered next to the grooming station with the groomer. Thank you Bob

They have a straight through service so they don't have to hang out in the kennel. They might put then in one while waiting for pick up maybe but if that's the case, you could just hang around so you can just be there when they are finished I suppose. Hope this helps 😊

If you aren't there to pick up at the time they finish the grooming, your dog will go into a kennel until you arrive.
