I have seen menny mixed reviews. I am moving to the area and would like to know honestly if this place is light or if I'm going to be screwed over if I get there.

I feel like the Apartment need some renovation. The hall ways smells and they need some new carpets in them. It doesn't look like the brochure

Say mo to this apartment it is not even close to being worth the rent and comustoner service is the worst I have ever worked with.

To reverberate what Lamont is saying but in a different way, if you have certain expectations for a company complex, you may be upset. However, if everything goes in your favor you may never have to acknowledge some of the pitfalls people have commented on. Also, please take note that I am not a tenant and have never been. I was simply a prospective renter until today.

For every 5 star review, there are seven 1 star reviews. The most commonly used terms are things like "hallways" "smells" "leaks" "mice" "towed". There is no "Mixed" about the reviews, they're negative.
