The Preserve is a great place to live. It is beautiful inside and outside, and has enjoyable amenities both indoor and outdoor. The staff and management are great, and its a peaceful place and community to live within.

I lived here for a little over a year. The staff, maintenance, & cleaning crew are all incredibly kind, hardworking, & always happy to help you with anything. However, If you are looking for somewhere to live that is peaceful- this is not it. Walls are incredibly thin. In an apartment this new you should not be able to hear every step from the people living above you. Maybe I just got unlucky, but still. You can hear EVERYTHING in the hallway, kids yelling, adults yelling, doors slamming. If you rent a unit next to the trash/recycling room, just don't. You will hear glass breaking & garbage falling all hours of the day. It makes it hard to sleep- I literally had to sleep with ear plugs in. My cat even had really bad anxiety because of this. Then there’s pounding & random loud noises in the morning waking you up. I wish I could give this apartment a higher rating, but unfortunately the noise levels were just too much for me.
