Its crazy that a store has a posted timeframe of when they open and close. Yet i show 14 minutes before they close and they refuse to let me enter the store to grab 2 items. So now i wasted my gas and time because employees want to close and leave as fast as they can. Absolutely unprofessional and rude for these smiths employees. And i took the time to write this and post it. And technicallu they shouldnt be closed yet.

I came here a couple days ago and upon entering with my service animal I was told to leave my reusable shopping bags at the front of the store. I was a little shocked because I've never been asked that especially at a grocery store where I get extra fuel points if I bring my own bags. That wasn't the worst part. After they took my bags they asked me to open my purse so they could look inside.... This is when I'm walking into the store. Not when I'm leaving the store. I'm so confused still I do not understand why they asked me that. I asked them and they wouldn't tell me why. They had someone follow me thru the store the whole time I was shopping I wasn't there long because I was already late for work. When I was leaving I opened my purse for the security guard that had stopped me at the beginning just to be told no he didn't need to see but then why would he of at the beginning?I asked him for my bags because I was checking out and I needed them and I had a purse in my hand a dog leash my drink and he told me to go to the other side and get them but they were right next to him and it would of been way easier for him to hand them to me instead of making me get them when he was the reason I didn't have them in the first place. Disappointed at the way I was treated here like a second class citizen. Total harassment I feel like I was violated

Great place to shop for food and health items. Always a good sale going on and friendly, helpful staff. The hours are convenient and the stores clean.

This location is always busy at check-out.The deli section is pretty small compaired to other locations in town.The meat department is the best in my opinion has cuts not found at other Smiths near by.Customer service is fair.
