So I had my groceries delivered today and I wanted them in 2 hrs because my wife and I both work early in the morning and need to be in bed by 8pm the latest. I placed my order at 5:15pm and I still don't have my groceries. My personal shopper didn't start shopping until 7:30pm and then wants to have an attitude with me and tell me it's not his problem that it's taking so long. So I called the store and waited for a manager to get my call. After 10 minutes of waiting on hold .... still no manager. I do my last minute quick shopping this way be a it's convenient for us .... but I think I will switch stores and start shopping with another chain because Smiths obviously doesn't care about their customers. I have been using this service for over a year now but I think I'm done after today. 7:55pm and still don't have my groceries..... they haven't even left the store yet.

When the things necessary to do a sucessful grocery shop are not available, that is an automatic failure in my book, and this smiths failed because right off the bat, not one shopping cart available, customers had to go out to the parking lot and hunt one down, all while i employee after employee on break having a smoke or standing in a corner on their phone. No shoping carts available seems to be a common thing in vegas...where do they all go? Lots of room for improvement

Never enough carts. You have to hunt the parking lot for one, it's been like this for months and they don't fix it. Only 1 checkout open 2ith a huge line so we went to self checkout, s5ood in that line for 10 minutes and when we got to the end we were told "20 items or less" this wasn't posted anwhere. This place always seems to be short on staff and the shelves are often in need of stock. In my experience this is the worst Smiths in Vegas. Good job guys.

I just moved back to town. I have an Albertson's close to me. It was a good store before I left. Now it just gouges everyone with high prices and the selection went down the tubes. I have to ride an extra few miles on my bike to get to Smith's but the prices are reasonable and the selection is good. I will be shopping at Smith's from now on. Now if you could do something about bicycle parking. You could take three spots and put a LARGE bike rack or two there and some motorcycle spaces.
