I want to know where my $150 deposit went when I was told I would get it back, you have 30 days and I still have not gotten it and it’s been longer than that.

Yep, I know. We have reported many times Maintenance issues with them. And not even a whisper or a sight of them. Loosing trust everyday

Micayla, I am in the same boat! It’s been almost a month and they never got back to us about our application. They took our application fee and a $150 holding deposit and they won’t return any calls or emails. Have you heard anything from them?

For anyone with this issue, you have to write a formal request for your deposit if they haven't sent you it (or an itemized deductions form) after the allotted 30 days are up. If they don't respond in 7 days it will be an open shut case in small claims court to sue them for your deposit. If you feel the deductions are unfair I recommend taking to a lawyer. The management is hoping you decide "well it's not worth the hassle" so they can make a few extra bucks. It's a scummy strategy, but it works.
