I stopped calling Walmarts all together. I hardly get the help I need telephonically, unless you want to play phone tag...lol
They need to hire people who actually would like to work.

Sorry to hear that but you know when. You need some thing they take for ever to answer but if it was them that they need to charge they do it like in seconds.
