Good afternoon. Is there an atm/money changer before crossing the US customs when you are arriving from Tijuana airport? We need a few dollars for the custom fees but are not able to get any dollars where we are now. Thanks in advance!

Yes there are. If you don't have US currency with you, Customs will let you out to the ATM machine in the arrivals area after you crossed CBX and then let you back in.
