I travel from Leon to Tijuana on September 11, do I want to cross to San Diego if the border is open? Is the cross border express service available?

The border is open, my mother came as a tourist and was able to pass without problem and I went through the border crossing and no questions asked.

The border is closed to tourists until September 21. The cross border is open but only for US citizens or with a green card. They let you pass if you prove that you have essential businesses in the United States. If not, you don't pass.
