No. I daughter...cause the CBP takes you walking to the airport. Right across the bridge. No make sense...

You can cross by foot via PedWest and when you get completely across you can get a taxi or uber to TIJ airport. Most taxis or ubers won't cross, if they do its going to cost you almost what your flight cost.

Yes, there are many service but the only reason they don't allow you to cross the bridge is if you don't have your boarding pass to your flight.and you can get it right there with the flight ticket.
