Hi Humberto, CBX tickets are not subject to a name, tickets can be used by another passenger as long as they meet the requirements for the crossing and are within the validity period.

CBX is only available for those who arrive at Tijuana Airport with boarding pass and intent to cross to San Diego within 2 hours of their plane landing in TJ. You don't need to pay for someone else. CBX sells the tickets after we pick up the luggage.
