If I had to rate the CBX contact process that would be a 1 star. I left emails constantly and the number does not work AT ALL! All I wanted to do was change the vehicle I was going to use at the parking lot. I emailed 3 days prior to my departure it is now over a week after my return and they still have not emailed me back. Best thing to do is go back to CBX is you are local.
