I have a round trip from Tijuana to Cancun and I have the crossing pass from San Diego to Tijuana and back. Can I be able to use the same pass if I stay in Tijuana for an extra day?

No , I think you have only 2 hours after your flights arrival to use the pass, because it does also require you to have a boarding pass not just a cbx ticket you need both
