Can my 12 year old cross with just his birth certificate?
Yes but it'll cost u
Everybody that works for the border crossing speaks English and Spanish fluently so I trust you won't have a problem and they are very gracious with the elderly I had knee replacement myself at 50 years old a few months ago and they treated me like a gym.
it's ADA compliant but you will need to contact the airline 1st to request a wheelchair, or you can use a wheelcart to cross the USA side and hire a baggage handler (they get paid only by your tip) on the Mexican side
Not sure if they will have someone to help but they have carts for you to put the luggage on and push it.
Unfortunately No. You are more under the grace of people.
