1 & 2 bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms just increased to approx. $1605. a month depending on you having Section 8 Credit Vouchers or just the LIHTC which can fluctuate depending how low your income is and then they may require a form signed by a relative guaranteeing financial assistance for remainder of your residency, even if that extra income stops! My issue now is my Social security is $2.00 a Month less then my rent. Management was informed 3 years ago of a decrease of $710.00 a month with the family help and still keeps raising my rent. To me and others in the same boat, this is elder abuse, specifically financial exploitation! One more increase and I will be homeless! HUD and County Housing have not accepted any new applications for years! Because of that form my family had to sign and Canyon Country not adjusting my rent accordingly to the decrease I get no housing assistance! Also for a short while the age was lowered to 47 years and also homeless families with children.
2 and one bedroom's it's 55 and over apartments
