How safe is this place for a female camping alone in a pop up camper? It doesn't seem so if you have to lock everything up at night because people are casing your rig for things to steal.

Well, I've never seen any troubles, plus, if anybody made any problems, there are literally dozens of people within a hundred yards of you. Plus, cell phone coverage is good and you could get help fast. But with that said, no place is absolutely safe, but I think it's at least as safe as some campground out in the boonies.
