Passports are done at the Oxnard post office on C street. They are no longer done at the Ventura office. Oxnard does not take appointments and the passport office is closed on Mondays.

If you haven't completed the application and paid for a p.o. box, you don't need to do anything. If you have paid then you just have to go in and ask a window clerk to close the po box. Be sure to complete a change of address form as well.

Weekdays and Saturdays, the po boxes are accessible starting at 4 a.m. until around 5:45 p.m. There is no access on Sundays.
