In Florida You must first have medical Marijuana license approved before you purchase in a dispensary.

A prescription is needed because the doctor must prescribe whether it will be for inhalation, topically, or oral. The doctor also needs to prescribe the amount of milligrams and whether it’s CBD or Medical Cannabis.
