There are a couple water faucets throughout the campground. One next to the bathroom and then theres a couple in between campsites. They just have a sign asking not to wash dishes there.
If you're looking for showers, Rancho Oso, right up the road, has hot and cold showers and some dirt tent sites. You can find cabins, hurts, teepees, etc to rent to sleep in.
