Vegan question..... Is hibachi tofu and vegetables cooked on same cook top as other meat food??? If so do they have other vegan dishes

No one at our table had a vegan dish, however they did use the same cooktop for everyone separating the different dishes by how they were cooked and what was in them. Once they were done they cleaned the cooktop. Also I did notice a couple of rolls on the Sushi menu that were all vegetable.

Yes, vegetables are cooked on the same surface. I don't know about other vegan dishes.
