They have a new system and it is impossible to get to the front desk. Options 2-1-1 was able to get a hold of front desk after a few tries.

I have come here for a few years now and I used to have good experiences, but lately it has been okay. My last experience was actually the worst. I went in for a yearly physical and referral. Here is what happened: . The male provider told me that I didn't need a physical because my last one was about three years ago and was good. What? . My insurance covers yearly physicals, but he marked it as something else so my insurance charged me. . He told me that I don't need to be doing monthly breast exams on myself. Even after I told him I have been experiencing breast pain. Excuse me? Every woman knows the importance of monthly self-breast exams. . He really wanted me to get on hormonal birth control even when I told him that I didn't have a good experience with it in the past. After he saw I wasn't getting persuaded, he said to get on prenatales. Now that I think of it, that was pretty rude considering the non-hormonal birth control method I told him I was using. But I will say I have had great experiences with the nurses, past doctors, and the phlebotomist. So it's not all bad. My last experience just really shocked me.
