Short Answer...Yes. This area is great for flying, just be a mindful pilot. Don't fly over people, or try to use your drone to interact with nature. Clearly by asking this question you do not have a Part 107 license and are just a hobbyist, so I would recommend staying clear of Natural areas and public places. If you are a professional, have a great flight!!

Highly doubt it. You may want to look at jw corbett, grassy water preserve or greenway trail system. I think all are at least 5miles away from airport and aren't federally or state operated.

I seen a drone the day i was there. Not sure what kind. I also did not see any signs saying they are not aloud.
