You need to go online and apply for a caregiver card and yes there is a $50.00 fee, however your caregiver needs their own ID card from the state.

Only official care givers can shop, I'm sure you need a card but I'm not sure about cost.

You have to pay to register with the state. Plus the Dr. Fee to prescribe medical marijuana to you under the guidelines for the state of PA

If caregiver and other patient both have medical cards the state gives a discount on the card for a caregiver for the other person. The card should come to you within a week for your caregiver card. I went through it with my mom we're both patients but I'm her caregiver

I dont know the answer for caregiver ,but for the patient you need to pay a small fee plus tge doctor and diagnoses why you need the card the rules are strict right now and you gotta follow them ,and weather its free or not your going to pay someone and the gov there fees somehow or tge patient will as far as i believe nothing is free they will get there moneys worth outta you somehow the prices are insane an ecig cartridge 50 and up i usuall pay 60 /65 and it last me 3 days half gram and its all paid in cash i make a good salary and i havent been able ti get in there cause the bills are more in important then my pain or death and im at end of life stages
