I have been here several times. On Thursday July 21 I booked an appt on line for July 23 at 9 15 am. I was driving to the appt when called to say can't keep appt online should have not let me book appt. If I made appt on Thursday it took them fifteen minutes before my appt to decide to cancel me. Not reliable. . But it did and confirmed the appt. DO Not use this location

My name is Margaret. I had an appointment on March 20 at eleven am. I did not get the girls name. I never saw her there before. My appointment was for a dry hair cut. I have been coming to holidays hair for years and have never had a bad hair cut until now. My hair is hacked off in the back where she used a groomer blade to cut it. The top is all uneven. There are hairs sticking up every where. I don’t usually complain but may help someone else getting this bad of an experience there.

Holiday Hair stylist Melody is very professional, attentive to the customers request and delivers excellent results. I never had a bad experience with my hair stylist who cares about my hair requests if it was a certain style, cut, hair color, even down to a certain product advice and etc.. I have encountered a few at other salons who can not style or cut my mixed hair between a 3A and 3B hair type, accept for Melody. Melody is very qualified and does a fantastic job every time without disappointment. It’s always best to call the hair salon for an appointment and not go online which is by Google and had nothing to do with their inside scheduling hours at the salon. I have been a long time customer and I walk out always happy from my service every time.
