All of the staff was absolutely terrific. The wait was not long. Everyone was very professional; from the receptionist, the Vitals PA, the X-Ray Tech and ultimately the Physician Assistant. I really felt cared for and listened to so a proper diagnosis could be determined. Special thanks to my PA L Davis. I'm sure he'll make a great Dr. someday soon and I'll be on the look out to hire him as my PCP when he does. Thank you.

The clinic was not scheduled to open until 8 am, we arrived early. While we waited the staff began to arrive , I stopped one ro ask if they administered Benadryl shots. I had been stung by Wasp and had a bad reaction. She said yes and asked if I had pre registered, I had not. She offered to help by taking my cards in and getting me on the patient list her kindness was greatly appreciated The doctor who treated me was courteous and professional .I was in and out in about half an hour I would highly recommend this facility for your Urgent care needs .I only wish the clinics around us had staggered hours

I usually loathe going to urgent care but that's because I've been going to Geisinger on E Mountain Blvd. I went here because they were open an hour earlier and I'm so glad I did! The check in process was easy and quick and I LOVED the triage nurse with the stylish pumas. I wish I remembered her first name, she was so kind to me. 😊 The doctor was also very nice and explained things to me in a thorough way without making me feel dumb. He quickly came up with a diagnosis and treatment plan, too. Even the lady at check out was really nice. Facilities were also clean with a nice atmosphere.
