You'll probably have to call Royal Caribbean customer service. Sometimes the online purchasing doesn't work with the special advertising. I had to call the operator to book it. I took my husband for our fifth year wedding anniversary. The operator was so nice that he put a bottle of wine because of the online issue. He had to do a separate purchase for the drink package on his portal. I hope this helps you Lori.
