Amazing ships, Alot adventures on board. Delicious kitchen. Nice restaurants on the ships.Very good luggage transfer organisation. Very friendly personal onboard and on the pier. Very very clean cabins. Not expensive for the quality you get onboard . After upgrade have fastest ship internet on board and it's not so expensive. Great adventure .

I have sent the below feedback twice via email to the company. No response. Overall bad experience June 2022 in the Liberty of the Seas, see details below. Positive: Vessel and sailing crew – She took us to our destinations and back home safely Service crew: Incredible team in ALL areas Food in general was good with plenty of selections Wide variety of activities and things to do Boarding and disembark was on time and very well organized Negative: Many issues with our cabin: TV poor resolution image, fridge did not work, pullman bed not working, sofa had a dark big stain and one of our family members got severely bitten by bed bugs which took 7 days to get rid of (very itchy and painful) Internet service was average at best – Expensive too About half of the Arcade games were not working Smoking in certain areas of the ship is allowed – e.g. casino and the pool areas – Should be a smoke-free ship Tip policy is mandatory – You will be charged a minimum – I guess to compensate poor wages – You are “allowed” to pay them in advance which is fundamentally absurd since it is a service you have not even received Credit card blocking – Every time you make a charge to the ship card you get your CC blocked (those funds take time to release AFTER you return from the cruise) – So essentially you are charged TWICE – There has to be a better way to handle on-ship charges – I imagine there has been plenty of fraud in the past but I should not be penalized for it as a new customer Very crowded pools – Avoid going on high season – The pool areas are not designed for a large amount of passengers There is obvious carpet stains and wear/tear in some of the ship’s aisles

My family of 4 boarded the Smphony. The boarding process moved pretty quickly. Staff is friendly for the most part. There's a safety issue that I don't understand why would you leave everyone's access card in front of their cabin, someone could easily mess around with those. Sofa feels like lying on a brick with blankets as cushion so those with back pain I wouldn't recommend sleeping on. Used the pool but don't understand why I was kicked out of the swimming pool with my son wearing swimming diapers. Staff asked me to get out since diapers aren't allowed... yea ok whatever. Honestly not much to do on the boat with young kids . And for shows sometimes I feel like we have to rush thru meals just to make it on time for the scheduled events . Dinner Staff feels like it's short handed sometimes as the services seemed slow from time to time. Food itself feel pretty fresh and they do make some great dishes that I would definitely recommend. They have a good variety and daily specials. They do close fairly early in my opinion so for late dinner there's only a pizza restaurant left.

They didn't inform us at any point we need a test before the cruise, even though I'm vaccinated and boosted. If I had known, it would have been no problem. But they didn't inform us at any point. Now I'm spending $100 for a $5 test.

You'll probably have to call Royal Caribbean customer service. Sometimes the online purchasing doesn't work with the special advertising. I had to call the operator to book it. I took my husband for our fifth year wedding anniversary. The operator was so nice that he put a bottle of wine because of the online issue. He had to do a separate purchase for the drink package on his portal. I hope this helps you Lori.
