This had got to be the absolute worst steak and shake I have ever been to extremely rude service not busy and still waited an hour to receive food more less the drinks took 15 minutes to receive this is one they probably should close down

They just re opened after storm. I was in line with an older women who still is without power. The manager new new her and said she was just back to work.

they might still be recovering from short staff issues because of hurricane Irma.
