Very bad customer service and people work over there they are so mean and they are very bad people I don’t like the food I don’t like the service it’s not a good place to go eat

Food always consistant and good imho. Only criticism however is having to order via self order kiosk and a tip requested before even meeting a person inside the store. Just seems a bit backwards to me.

It's still open
No idea on that one. After the two experiences. I've had there, they might not ever reopen the dining area. Might want to try 5 guys burgers, or Burger Fi by Gulf Town Center Mall. Also Red Robin located in the mall itself. Both are great burgers. Remember, if you desire quality oats, expect to pay a fair price. However, oats that have been through a horse once, are a little cheaper. If you are by Cleveland Av. Try Burger Q great burgers and also great ribs.
Midnight to 11 a.m.
They just re opened after storm. I was in line with an older women who still is without power. The manager new new her and said she was just back to work.
