I just want to say that attorneys with Bruce l shiner you guys have absolutely been amazing. It has been extremely hard dealing with the death of my child but you really make me feel like family , they have been the, most compassionate, and understanding then I actually expected. Your family has helped my family tremendously and your website is absolutely truthful. Now that our case is finished I feel a sense of sadness because I'm going to miss you guys so we expecting a phone call just check in on you guys. LOL but seriously you guys are all awesome 👍 and please please please anybody out there that's looking for some great compassionate people I would definitely go with this firm. And not to mention they definitely get the job well done!!! My prayers will always be with you guys and my Abraham is an angel in heaven watching down on us all and I know that he is very appreciative for what you did for his mother. We sincerely apologize for any delay in answering your questions. We were not aware of the Question & answer interface, and we will work to stay current answering questions in the future. First, we are very sorry to hear that you were rear-ended. If you are experiencing pain or discomfort that suggests more is wrong than a minor strain, we recommend that you consult with an attorney to ensure that your rights are protected. While we only handle cases involving permanent injuries, it can be difficult to tell whether an injury will be permanent in the first days or weeks following an incident. During that time, the insurance company may seek to take advantage of that uncertainty by attempting to settle your case for an amount that is far less than you may deserve. We are happy to assess your situation, and we charge no fee unless we make a recovery on your behalf.

Do you only have14 days to file a lawsuit if you were in a car accident.

We sincerely apologize for any delay in answering your questions. We were not aware of the Question & answer interface, and we will work to stay current answering questions in the future. Florida requires that every policy of automobile insurance provide no-fault insurance benefits to pay for a portion of your medical bills or lost wages. This is called Personal Injury Protection (PIP) coverage. In order to obtain PIP coverage benefits you must see a physician within the first 14 days after a car crash. The time period to file a lawsuit, however, is much longer. In Florida, the time period to file a lawsuit for injuries can range from 1 to 5 years depending on the circumstances of the case.
