Forgot my nacho bell grande, complimented the staff several times and they completely ignored me, they jipped me of my money.

There was an employee who wasn’t practicing safe foood handling or being sanitary. He kept rubbing his nose and this wound that he had on his neck , he also kept putting his hands in his pants . He also had bandages all over his arms because it looked like he had just gotten a tattoo which is extremely unsafe and unsanitary to have on when handling food . I was absolutely disgusted by this because I have never seen such unsanitary practices at a store . I couldn’t even eat my food because of what I just witnessed . It definitely ruined my experience and I won’t be coming here again.

This place really sucks everything they do is so wrong.We asked for 3 coffees two with 6 creams and 15 sugar. We really didn't know how much we needed and when my dad said he needed 15 sugar he was surprised like really who are you to judge.Your here to work not to judge. They really should've hired people who can really tell you which is which because when we asked him which two were the ones with 6 creams and 15 sugars he was like "idk" and he said "I was sent here to give these to you." I also think that my stomach hurts because of the food.That place is just a disaster. The best way to fix the problem is to shut down that fast food restaurant.smfh

No indoor dining. Sometimes they hand your change in a cup, sometimes not.
