Yes they have 4 of them right outside before you go in. I dont know about them bringing it to you in the lot. You would have to contact them to find out.
They do provide electric carts for disabled people, there are 4 carts total, and for it to be brought to people in the parking lot I'm not sure but I don't think there would be any problem for them to do so.
