I went to Home Depot to look for vinca could not find them so I went to another Home Depot and they had none either might have to try Lowe's today I prefer Home Depot Lowe's might have them

If it can behave in a cart or on a leash, I believe you can. I see many dogs there, and the cashiers, especially Matt, are dog lovers.
