Yes they do, there are 10 campsites at $25 a night. 6 people max, 1 car. Additional car cost extra. Day use is also available for a lesser fee. I've been going there since I was 3 I'm 29 now and I won't go anywhere else. It's the best place for families too, with the creek adjacent along the campsites. If you walk about a mile down the creek you hit the Navarro River and it opens up into this beautiful secluded oasis to swim in deep water.
Yes there is camping and day use, no showers, but they do have bathrooms with running hot water. Great creek
