Awesome park. I grew up right up the hill and now am down the road. Ever since The Brambles acquired the property next door right on the other side of the narrow creek, and a permit for loud music and events, this park is definitely not the same. If you want to enjoy the "peaceful" redwoods while listening to music with loud bass that drowns out any sounds of nature making your campsite vibrate, and belligerent drunks screaming and yelling, then this is definitely the place for you now. If you want to actually enjoy nature and have a relaxing time, go somewhere else, especially on weekends. At least the noise pollution from the mill is limited to daytime on weekdays.

Very nice but I didn't explore past the immediate parking inside the gate. It was nice to sit and eat and puff before getting on the road. Lots of trees and shade for those superhot days in Philo, ca

We stayed at the Indian Creek Inn while in town for a wedding. The Hilltop had beautiful views. Quiet and serene. Our unit had 3 bedrooms all with private bathrooms. Very comfortable queen beds very soft bedding, down comforters. Very nice. Full kitchen, dining table and sitting area, as well as an outdoor patio set. The property has towering trees, decks overlooking the vineyards and a bocci ball court. Highly recommend

My favorite little slice of paradise in my Boonville backyard. JJ, my local legend, loves it too. It's a great place to decompress and then get back to the highway...

Questions & Answers

Do they have camping?

Yes they do, there are 10 campsites at $25 a night. 6 people max, 1 car. Additional car cost extra. Day use is also available for a lesser fee. I've been going there since I was 3 I'm 29 now and I won't go anywhere else. It's the best place for families too, with the creek adjacent along the campsites. If you walk about a mile down the creek you hit the Navarro River and it opens up into this beautiful secluded oasis to swim in deep water.
