It's an okay temperature. I was in a very thin dress and I wasn't overly cool in the restaurant. Of course everybody reacts to cold differently so i recommend at least bringing a sweater.
I always take a jacket into restaurants. You never know how cold it might be.

Went in July and it was hot outside but not overly cold inside. It might depend on where you are sat.
It depends where you sit. If you are under a vent you will feel cold, otherwise it is usually comfortable.
We ate outside so I'm not sure
