I have seen the photo’s of your townhomes and they look very nice and certainly within my budget. I would like to move in around the beginning of October. A 12 month lease or longer are ok. I have OPD background report/drug screen and purchased credit reports available upon request. I am a military veteran and a retired police officer. I currently live on two fixed incomes of Social Security and a City Employee Pension, I retired in 1997. I have official letters outlining these incomes if needed. I have some physical issues that would need addressed. I do have some (replaced) bad knees that prevent too many steps, which kind of limit me to first floor. Units that have two levels is ok as long as there is a bedroom/bathroom on the first floor. I can provide my own vacuum mounted hand holds for shower/tub entry and shower chair if not unit is not equipt. I would also like to have a lockable storage space if no garage is available.
