It is once a month they are open on Monday Tuesday Wednesday Friday Saturday from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. they are closed Sunday and Thursday and all holidays are observed. I was told there by staff that it did not matter what time of the month you came so if you went in October that's fine and then say November rolled around and you went the end of November that's fine and then if you go a few days later the beginning of December that's fine as long as you don't go back the same month unless you are absolutely homeless yes you can go twice a week. No. Only once a month. And it doesn't have to be the same date each month. The 31st of one month and turn around and go the very next day bc it's the first of another month. Hope this helps.
