Will the gates be open on Sunday, July 1st to place flowers at graves? I know the offices are closed, but do they lock the gates on the weekend too? Thank you~

My husband is buried at Eastern Carolina State Vet's cemetery - as his spouse I understand I can also be buried there when I die- I understand there is a fee for the widow - how much is it & can this be prepaid so my children won't have to deal with
