I've been trying to call in a pizza order for 45 minutes and the phone has been busy. Has anyone else experienced this?

Don't waste your time. Terrible pizza. Dough is put in a tortilla type press with what I am sure is frozen dough. like a fast food pizza chain not a a real pizza place. Everything I ordered was cold and service at restaurant was terrible. Sat there for 45 minutes waiting for apps and salads. Then I had to explain to the the waitress that apps and salads are supposed come out before the pizzas after both pizzas came out before apps and were cold. She said I didn't know you wanted them first. I didn't know I had to explain that to her but I actually did say to her we will start with Wings and 2 salads when ordering Wings cooked to the point that they were uneditable. Salads were good but nothing that had to be cooked was. I should have known when I asked the waitress what ipa beers they had she told me she thinks this local pilsner is an ipa. I had to explain to her if it's a pilsner it's not an ipa. Should have walked out then. Just a terrible experience all around. Stay away
