I am a frequent flyer here and have never had a problem until tonight, there was a few people in line and there was two woman working and one was busting her butt to try help customers and was still in a cheerful mood while the other was a older woman was standing there and was rude to not only us but a older man in front of us that was having issues with not knowing how to use gift card she was not helpful at all to him and kept giving him smart remarks. Than I asked for xtra mayonnaise on my sub and I only got one line. Finally after about 30 minutes we were out of there with two people working and only one person in front of us. Definitely disappointed.

Worst customer service experience I have EVER had tonight. This is the first time I have felt compelled to write a bad review. Worker was clearly annoyed that I came in at 7:30-7:45ish while she was cleaning-- closing time is 9!?!?! She was very abrasive, ordering me rather than asking me what I wanted. I understand that the service industry can be stressful at times,- I've waitress for 23 years so I tend to try and be sympathetic but the way she treated me was unacceptable. I would never treat any guest the way she did me tonight. Very disappointed and will try to avoid this location next time I drive to Penn Yan to visit my mother.

Make this subway last option on Penn Yan, I ordered tuna sandwich and it made my stomach crazy, I had whole night pain in my stomach. If I had knowed I would go bed with empty stomach. Just think about twice to eat there.
