Why is your deli food out to long...i bought some pasta that obviously tasted like it was sitting out to long I had to throw it away after spending way to much money...why are you ripping families off with old food...

I am sure they would have rectified this mistake swiftly either with a refund or replacement. Finding stale food is disturbing and for the market embarrassing. It would have been helpful to return the product in order to hopefully encourage them to do better.

For anybody shopping anywhere you really need to pay attention to dates in appearance. Of course humans make mistakes sometimes and sometimes they try to push the limits as far as dates etc but it's also on you make sure that you're not purchasing old pasta🤷

I have found Murphy's very responsive to complaints. I have returned purchases to them and they have been very accommodating.

You should report food safety violations to your state food and health department. Prepared food can only be left out for 4 hrs between temps of 40-140F. Otherwise, it must be stored outside that range (can be stored for a period longer than 4 hrs)
