Love the jewelry, but website and phone ordering are a sick disaster. Bought my first pair of earrings in the 90’s at a gift shop at Crater Lake (they were signed). Still have them and have bought many others for myself and as gifts. Went to order a gift today—nothing worked, so went to another company for my gift. Guess I’ll have to reconsider dealing with this company.

Our tours are currently suspended during Covid. We only allow a limited number of guests in our store at a time. Each person entering our store is asked to sanitize their hands. Masks must be worn properly at all times. Social distancing is a must. High touch surfaces are cleaned frequently throughout the day. All employees have their temperatures taken prior to shifts. Safety protocols are practiced throughout our adjacent studio as well.
