Thank you Socal Cremations & Funerals for making this process effortless. Veronica made sure we knew exactly what to expect, from transportation, time, paperwork and the handing off to Ryan who would be my point of contact. Ryan took care of mom throughout the cremation process and was very polite, caring and professional. Ryan went above and beyond to make sure mom was ready to be scattered at sea. Luis and his employees are incompetent, if i could give zero star I would! they received the body of my loved one in good condition, according to socal cremation and funeral, when we tried to view the body Ryan told me he was decomposing and full of maggots. Luis & Ryan are Irresponsible, they stalled for days, giving me the run around, then ignore my emails for an additional three days. they where dismissive and didn’t seem to care. They told me to take his body somewhere else. after they let him rot . they need to be investigated they are up to no good at socal cremation and funeral .
