If I rented a lodge out for 3 days, can I smoke wax/smoke cannabis there? I'm in California and it is legal to buy/use recreational cannabis where I live.

It's legal in Oregon also, but you can't smoke it in public places. Just like cigarettes you would not be able to smoke in one of the lodge rooms.
