The staff was friendly, the room was huge, the beds and bedding were super comfortable, hot coffee and fresh cucumber water were always available, the common areas were clean and spacious, and the hot tubs were perfect at the end of a long day of hiking.

Staff would not make up room when asked. Also they did not replace towels when we called down. We stayed in the largest “suite” which was no larger than a standard hotel room. Outdated carpet and our room was in disrepair.

Yes, there is a shuttle service called Karst Stage from the airport to the lodge for under 40$ one way. There is also a shuttle to the mountain, but it's about a 3 min walk to the lodge.
We rented with Avis at the airprot was arou d $700.
Unfortunately I don't believe it is. Saw no pets and nothing regarding pets in the amenities list.
